PHYSICIANS: SDCMS’s Bioethics Commission met last Wednesday evening to discuss patients’ right to treatment of pain and the physician / institutional response in the opioid epidemic era. Our Bioethics Commission has been meeting quarterly since 2007 to discuss bioethics issues, share ideas, and explore standards of practice.
