  TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2021 PHYSICIANS: We are pleased to share that the Monoclonal Antibody Treatment Center (MARC) is now offering the EUA–approved combination of bamlanivimab and etesevimab as a monoclonal antibody treatment, in addition to the previous bamlanivimab–only option.   TUESDAY, MARCH 9, 2021 PHYSICIANS: The distribution of PPE in 2020 by the California Medical Association, in coordination with local medical societies including SDCMS, resulted in 100 million pieces of PPE going to over 100,000 physicians and staff at a value of more than $200 million. Interested individuals must apply by 11:59pm on February 12, 2021, to be considered for an award. The program — which aims to increase access to care for California's 13 million Medi–Cal patients — awards grants of up to $300,000 in loan repayments to encourage and incentivize physicians to provide care to Medi–Cal beneficiaries.   TUESDAY, JANUARY 26, 2021 PHYSICIANS: Champions for Health is the San Diego County Medical Society's charitable organization committed to helping medically underserved communities. In partnership with the County of San Diego Health & Human Services, Champions for Health will be administering COVID–19 vaccinations to individuals in the first phase of vaccinations, concentrating on hard–to–reach, high–risk communities, including senior nursing facilities and long–term residential facilities.
