  WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 24, 2024 PHYSICIANS: It is with sadness that I share Paul K. Raffer, MD has passed at the age of 76 after a courageous battle with cancer. Dr. Raffer was not only a distinguished former leader for San Diego County Medical Society but earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and compassionate physician. Greg spent 50 years as CEO of the Legal Aid Society of San Diego (LASSD).
