Paul Hegyi
PHYSICIANS:  Happy New Year.  I hope each of you had a happy and healthy holiday season.

As the new year begins, there continues to be a substantial amount of information on the increased number of influenza cases in San Diego County.  Included below are several articles regarding the flu epidemic in our county as well as across the nation.  We are going to be adding an influenza update section to our homepage at www.sdcms.org to keep you continually updated on information as we receive it.

As a reminder, we also regularly update our Hepatitis A section on our homepage.  While Hep A in San Diego County is thankfully no longer national news, it is still an important health crisis that we continue to monitor.

As always, let me know if you have any questions!  Paul Hegyi, CEO
