Dr. Raffer was not only a distinguished former leader for San Diego County Medical Society but earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and compassionate physician. The slate can be viewed HERE. Pending final approval of the proposed slate by the SDCMS Board of Directors on January 23, 2024, SDCMS bylaws allow for nomination by petition.
