Like the previous Legislative Session, health care is a subject on the lips of many legislators and their staffs. The CMA had an extremely successful record in the Legislature during the past two years and will be working aggressively again to ensure the viewpoints of the medical community impact the public policy discussions and decisions on various health care issues. The election of a new Governor and so many new legislators presents us with new opportunities and new challenges.
