The next Clinical Town Hall will be held on Thursday, May 21st, from 6:00 to 7:30pm. Remember, REGISTRATION is required. If you’ve registered previously there is no need to do so again. There has been a recent update to the COVID–19 Temporary Lodging Isolation Guidance Letter to align it with the newly extended isolation period needed due to evidence of prolonged viral shed. One of the key criteria was adjusted from 7 days to 10 days since symptoms first appeared. The letter can be read if you CLICK HERE. We'd like to remind you again about the State's Hotel Voucher program for health care workers. Figures from the state show that San Diego County health care workers are under–utilizing this program compared to our colleagues in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Only 377 health care workers in San Diego County have taken advantage of this benefit, while 830 in Orange County and 5,843 in Los Angeles County have done so.
