On April 17 editorial writers Beth Barber and Don Sevrens sat down with Mike Murphy, CEO of Sharp Healthcare; Dan Gross, executive vice president of Sharp Healthcare; and Steve Escoboza, president and CEO of Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties, to discuss the impact of the looming 10 percent cut in reimbursements to local hospitals for patients on Medi-Cal (called Medicaid in other states).
